Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze, extract, and enter high-quality financial and non-financial data into work tools as per guidelines for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the dataset, workflows, and maintain strong proficiency with work tools.
- Provide suggestions for new data collection methods and contribute to product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets, ensuring the delivery of outcomes with high quality and excellence.
- Build technical expertise within the department.
- Troubleshoot issues and support the team in improving workflows and processes within the department.
- Review transaction-related feedback to correct errors and refine procedures for enhanced accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates or postgraduates in non-technical fields (MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc. Economics, M.Sc. Economics), with the year of passing in 2023 or 2024.
Preferred skills:
- Preferred knowledge of corporate finance or accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24×5 environment with rotational shifts.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work environment.
