Key Responsibilities:
- Execute transactional services accurately and promptly as outlined in the global product catalogue for internal customers, following company regulations and guidelines.
- Handle customer calls, register notifications in the CRM tool, dispatch engineers, upload productive hours, close notifications, and conduct NPS surveys.
- Perform assigned tasks in a timely manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Take ownership of pending queries and unresolved issues, ensuring rigorous follow-up and closure.
- Provide complete reporting of handled activities on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, as required.
- Adhere to a robust tracking system for processed transactions on a daily basis.
- Be flexible to work in shifts, including during month-end periods.
Eligibility Criteria:
- University degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP software, preferably SAP, or an educational background in logistics.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
