Key Responsibilities for SQL Developer:
- Possess experience and expertise in digital technologies for managing and driving innovation, transformation projects, and organizational change with both internal and external partners.
- Extensive experience in Power BI development, showcasing a strong portfolio of interactive reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts with hands-on experience in designing efficient data models.
- Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Advanced VBA skills, including web scraping, mainframe coding, and integration with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing data.
- Expertise in using advanced Excel features, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and graphing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities for Power BI Developer:
- Design and develop database objects that effectively and efficiently meet business requirements.
- Interface directly with business users and the engineering team to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist and guide team members in the design and development process.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to code quality and automated testing standards, participate in regular code reviews, and uphold and enhance quality gates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills:
- Ability to foster a team environment focused on accountability and commitment to achieving project goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, promoting collaboration and effective teamwork.
- Solid understanding of analysis, coding, and unit testing principles.
- Hands-on experience with advanced VBA, SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.
- Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation and transformation projects, including managing organizational change with internal and external partners.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to create a team culture centered on accountability and goal attainment.
