Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in analyzing data to identify current trends and conditions.
- Gather, verify, and organize data to ensure it is complete, clean, accurate, and properly structured for use.
- Perform maintenance and provide support for reports and analysis models.
- Collaborate with the team to interpret events and activities reflected in the data.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting, administration, and optimization of reports and dashboards.
- Address basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred skills:
- Additional minimum qualifications may apply.
- Certification in a programming language or business intelligence tools.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Proven proficiency in using reporting or data analysis tools.
- Strong skills in writing and modifying database queries.
