Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate financial impacts, monitor program costs, forecast program performance, and estimate variance to completion while researching and resolving operational issues, escalating as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with JPMC internal teams and external third parties, acting as the escalation point for all client queries across the complete ETS product, and collaborate with vendor teams to ensure SLA compliance.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced control, determine resource requirements with business partner support, and generate control mechanisms for safety, security, compliance, and billing.
- Ensure the effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of risk within firm-wide and regulatory guidelines, with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
- Develop reporting processes and management information to support a risk, controls, and regulatory environment, and define and implement KPIs to monitor and manage vendor and driver performance.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with staff and senior management at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand business functions and processes. Proven ability to coordinate across functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to execute and complete initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver results efficiently.
- Expertise in developing reporting processes and management information to support risk, controls, and regulatory environments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, applying sound judgment to prioritize work. Strong knowledge of the ETS industry and shared mobility platforms.
- Experience in analytical and budget planning, with strategic and risk management decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex issues and comfortably communicate with senior stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach and proven ability to influence others.
Preferred skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking regarding data, technology, risk/control, and operations.
- Six Sigma training preferred, with proficiency in data analytics and the ability to communicate risk-based insights through dashboard development and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS services.
