Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal and external customers, tracking their issues from initiation to resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to highlight quality issues, share constructive customer feedback, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Maintain a manageable and organized backlog, ensuring all outstanding cases are followed through to their resolution.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to the R&D team, enabling timely software fixes.
- Act as a customer advocate for MEA customers, representing their needs and concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Academic qualifications: B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
- Expertise in the Capital module and Derivatives.
- Functional domain/technical certification and exposure to .NET would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Eager to learn, share knowledge, has a positive attitude, and works well in a team environment.
