Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company quality assurance standards while establishing efficient testing procedures.
- Diagnose, document, and resolve quality-related issues and complaints.
- Identify training needs across the company and execute necessary training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze system requirements and ensure software quality objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure product security, stability, and reliability through the automation of functional and non-functional tests.
- Conduct code reviews and perform white box testing to identify defects early, actively participating in Agile team activities.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and evaluate roadblocks, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C++.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and testing practices, with hands-on experience using test and defect management tools like QAC and Bugzilla.
- Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in conducting thorough functional, regression, and non-functional testing, including performance and soak testing.
- Knowledge of GenAI is a plus, along with experience in performance testing tools, SDK white box testing, and managing data centers and virtual machines (VMs).
