Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees, managers, and division HR on topics ranging from HR policies to HR systems support (e.g., employee lifecycle transactions, Employee Handbook inquiries, and online HR system assistance).
- Utilize knowledge bases and available resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ranging from simple queries to complex problems.
- Process division-submitted requests by entering data or performing transactional tasks in HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Taleo, and other Talent Management solutions).
- Perform various back-office activities, such as responding to data requests, maintaining personnel files, and preparing spreadsheets for data uploads into HR systems.
- Use workflow tools to initiate, track, and complete activities within work lists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure that HR transactions impacting employee pay/payroll are coordinated properly and that related data is maintained effectively.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, other HR functional areas, and third-party providers to conduct research and resolve issues.
- Escalate requests to appropriate internal or external parties when necessary and track progress until issues are resolved.
- Conduct periodic audits and data reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Update HR Operations procedural documentation for processes managed by HR Shared Services.

- High degree of professionalism, persistence, and follow-up in daily responsibilities.
- Thorough knowledge of data flow among HR systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
