Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely updates of resource schedules using scheduling tools such as ARMS/Retain.
- Review and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Proactively monitor resource availability and assess resource requirements.
- Manage the mailbox and fulfill scheduling requests received via email within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Optimize resource utilization through effective schedule management.
- Perform basic reporting and analysis.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to perform well under tight deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A university degree (graduate or post-graduate) with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Graduates with 0-3 years of experience in resource management, workforce management, or general operations, with a strong aptitude for resource management, are preferred.
Preferred skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- An interest in business and commercial aspects.
