Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support by answering team members’ questions and responding to requests related to their employment and contracts, escalating issues when necessary. Requests may include inquiries about the new starter process and onboarding, global benefits, employment verifications, and other general queries.
- Maintain the HRIS, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and onboarding of new joiners.
- Own and manage global projects, such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
- Partner with managers and employees, supporting HR processes and driving the people strategy within your areas of responsibility.
- Work as a true global partner to colleagues, including leads, managers, and executives.
- Process new hires, including country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
- Provide support to employees for benefits enrollment and the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly data submission.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth and accurate salary payments.
- Create purchase orders for internal departments.
- Provide administrative support for benefits enrollment and processing.
- Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and GDPR compliant.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, identifying areas for enhancement to drive the HR function forward.
- Conduct and manage global background checks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates an exceptional academic track record from both high school and, preferably, university.
- Beneficial experience working in an entry-level role within an HR/People team, preferably in the Technology industry.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of prioritizing complex workloads, managing time effectively, and performing well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a clear focus on accuracy.
- Exhibits a high level of honesty, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential data.Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Proactive in taking initiative, offering suggestions, and contributing ideas to support the success of the role/team.
- Ambitious and eager to grow a career within HR.
- Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events.
