Key Responsibilities:
- Support foundational data and quality initiatives across Geo Developer, Consumer, and Sustainability ecosystems.
- Develop new metrics and measurement techniques to conduct headroom analysis, set goals, and devise data-driven strategies.
- Apply advanced techniques (e.g., embeddings, novel experiments) to create profiles for classification, perform correlation analysis, and link data quality to user behavior.
- Generate detailed analysis for Vice President (VP) level reviews and in-depth searches.
- Prioritize and communicate user needs, provide recommendations, and implement product or process changes.
- Identify and prioritize challenges and strategic growth opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in statistical data analysis, data mining, and querying (e.g., SQL).
Preferred skills:
- Experience with statistical packages such as Python, R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative insights for comprehensive analysis.
- Strong interest and proficiency in data, metrics, analysis, trends, and applied knowledge in measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
- Ability to convert complex analyses into data-driven narratives and present them effectively across various media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
