Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Automation, Frontend, and Backend teams to gather detailed business and user requirements that define program goals.
- Assist in preparing technical requirements documentation, including system diagrams and flowcharts that illustrate how information will flow through the computer systems and related equipment.
- Ensure the platform’s stability and scalability.
- Analyze data and review existing processes and tools to provide operational insights into customer experience, service reliability, and quality, delivering these insights to the Engineering and Product teams.
- Manage incident response efforts and assist in root cause analysis investigations.
- Focus on standardization through design, infrastructure, service level agreements, workflow optimization, and configuration.
- Contribute to the development and support of new or existing tools and predictive models to identify and test potential improvements in product development and operations. Monitor the impact of changes on operational metrics (e.g., Time-to-X).
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Investigate and resolve program logic and data errors, providing recommendations for corrections or escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to assist with the installation and deployment of applications.
- Support the preparation and implementation of solutions in a production environment.
- Assist in resolving issues identified during the integration and testing phases.
- Support all code sets and implementations in production, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist with post-implementation process reviews.
- Perform any additional related tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Extensive knowledge of best practices in multi-technology application design.
- Ability to take a holistic view of application environments, including hardware platforms, applications, databases, operating systems, and storage.
- Strong aptitude for working with abstract concepts, coupled with sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
- In-depth technical understanding of development and platform engineering.
- Excellent client-focused approach with a strong emphasis on achieving business outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Continuous contribution to enhancing internal effectiveness by improving current methodologies, processes, and tools.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.
- Preferred certifications in DevOps.
- Preferred certifications in Agile methodologies.
- Preferred certifications in cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred certification in scripting and programming languages like Python.
