Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Managers in both daily operations and strategic management of the product.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of product strategy.
- Guide the product through all stages of its lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Support sales and marketing efforts to promote revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive technical roadmap.
- Identify and address customer needs to enhance product value.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and key metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure product competitiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a recognized business school.
- Knowledge of product roadmaps, complete lifecycle management, release schedules, and product support.
- Strong passion for innovation and developing data-driven solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with leading enterprise agile planning or development tools, such as IBM Engineering Workflow Management (formerly Rational Team Concert), GitHub/GitLab, Aha! Portfolio Management, or Atlassian Jira.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the technology industry.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager in any industry/domain.
- In-depth understanding of product roadmaps, lifecycle management, release schedules, and support.
- Experience in customer-centric usability testing and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Strong passion for innovation and creating data-driven solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
