Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the candidate outreach process and source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments and interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with management and team members to provide status updates on tasks.
- Take on additional responsibilities as delegated, including serving as a backup for HR generalist or administrative tasks.
