Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end solutions on simple projects or Proof of Concept (POC) assignments, and assist in the delivery of more complex analyses and strategies as part of the learning curve.
- Execute assigned projects and analyses within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate with various customers and functions simultaneously, delivering results efficiently and effectively.
- Independently resolve queries and issues related to project execution.
- Acquire knowledge of the business and product landscape across all business units.
- Understand and support the implementation of process efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and business standards of the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, with a focus on marketing, finance, economics, or quantitative fields such as statistics or engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with statistical tools like R, MATLAB, SAS, or Python.
