Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools like Python, R, and GenAI solutions to solve business problems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and propose relevant use cases.
- Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog for the development and implementation of automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks, including day-to-day delivery, reporting, and handling escalations.
- Collaborate with clients, tech teams, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
- Serve as the point of contact for end users regarding data-related requests or service issues.
- Work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate, with MBA/M.Tech preferred.
- Agile Certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in data analysis and automation is required.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Excel and VBA skills are essential.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python is necessary.
- Familiarity with GenAI is required.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Spotfire is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables effectively.
- Willingness and ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
- Awareness of process-oriented methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
