Key Responsibilities:
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Monitor compliance with broader KGS and onshore timesheets.
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of various timesheets.
- Conduct variance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis for IPT and Sync/SAP timesheets.
- Report weekly and monthly borrowed hours.
Project Management
- Ensure the accuracy of timesheets through sanitization.
- Publish a weekly list of timesheet defaulters.
- Control timesheet defaults by sending regular reminders and reconciling to ensure corrections are reflected in the respective systems.
- Reconcile headcount (KGS vs. Onshore HR report validation).
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members.
- Track all data related to invoicing.
- Manage software and database licenses for business teams.
- Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and contractual agreements.
- Raise project codes against SOWs for engagements and dedicated FTEs.
- Report hours for project billing purposes, including lending and borrowing activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Proactively engage with relevant business units, HR, IT, Admin, and CPT to develop and prioritize requirements.
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports to key stakeholders.
Personal Performance & Development
- Ensure all Personal Development Plan goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
- Take responsibility for personal development needs and ensure all objectives are met or exceeded.
- Promptly seek and act upon all feedback received, both positive and negative, to support continuous personal development.
- Consistently demonstrate KPMG values and contribute to the citizenship and sustainability agenda.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
