Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver: Leverage your broad expertise to assist ADP’s clients by addressing time-sensitive issues, taking a comprehensive approach to resolve problems and offer effective solutions. Proactively seek answers and aim for positive outcomes.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat, consistently striving to exceed their expectations in every interaction. Uphold the highest ethical standards, embodying ADP’s core value of “Integrity is Everything.”
- Educate and Offer Recommendations: Utilize your knowledge of ADP products and services to help clients understand the value they provide. Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations for best practices and solutions training, which you will share with your leaders.
- Maintain Organization: Follow a structured daily schedule to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak periods like year-end.
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
- A college degree is beneficial but not mandatory; more importantly, you should possess the necessary skills to excel in the role.
Preferred skills:
