Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Prevent issues, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website navigation.
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear and helpful assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office setup (desk and chair).
- Minimum technical requirement: Broadband connection with at least 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed via a hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
