Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email.
  • Prevent issues, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website navigation.
  • Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear and helpful assistance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legal right to work in India.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours.
  • Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed).
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office setup (desk and chair).
  • Minimum technical requirement: Broadband connection with at least 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed via a hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
