Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage innovation and transformation projects in digital technologies, working closely with internal and external partners to drive organizational change.
- Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards, showcasing a strong portfolio of interactive data visualizations.
- Design and implement efficient data models, demonstrating a solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
- Utilize Power Automate to automate workflows, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Apply knowledge of Python, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and advanced analytics/machine learning techniques in relevant projects.
- Leverage advanced VBA skills for tasks such as web scraping, mainframe coding, and ERP system integration.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Utilize advanced Excel features, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and graphing for data analysis.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
- Possess a solid understanding of analysis, coding, and unit testing principles.
- Have hands-on experience with advanced VBA, SQL, PL-SQL, and Python.Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP is an advantage.
- Experience with digital technologies for driving innovation, transformation projects, and organizational change in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
- Expertise in advanced visual management using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
