Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all employee-related administrative tasks for HR processes, including contract paperwork and payroll input activities.
- Maintain and manage information, resources, manuals, and policies for assigned countries.
- Provide HR support in compliance with local employment legislation.
- Assist the Field HR group with ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Manage benefits enrollment, initiate payments, and process related activities.
- Ensure accurate filing and secure storage of employee data in accordance with data protection requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in benefits, payroll, general HR, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Essential ability to deliver excellent customer care through email communication.
- Process improvement skills are desirable but not mandatory.
- Service-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- High energy level with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
