Key Responsibilities:
Business/Customer:
- Translate business objectives into optimized user experience design solutions.
- Maintain zero escalations and receive necessary appreciation from customers.
Project/Process:
- Understand brand fundamentals and creative design principles.
- Develop visual concepts and interactive solutions for web and mobile UI design, animation, branding, and communication design projects.
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Create visual designs that communicate product functionality and brand identity, including screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons.
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Lead Visual Designers, User Interface Designers, and Developers to create visual treatments and interaction solutions that meet client specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and new media technologies.
- Contribute to updating knowledge assets and providing process improvements.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly.
Delivery Excellence:
- Utilize reusable design components and assets available in the client’s design repository.
- Ensure proper file naming conventions, folder structure, and layer labeling are followed.
- Adhere to design standards appropriate for different mediums.
- Perform peer reviews and ensure the Project Lead or Project Manager conducts a quality check before delivering files to clients or vertical teams.
- Deliver design outputs with zero defects to clients.
- Review design deliverables of peers and Visual Designers.
People & Team Management:
- Guide and mentor junior team members in design and creativity to ensure module delivery.
- Act as a team player.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new team members.
