Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance, aligning with the organization’s financial and strategic business objectives.
- Establish, communicate, and provide training on business practices and processes across the organization.
- Act as a liaison with other divisions, including Deal Management, Migration, Global Approvals, and Order Management, to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Advise management on the economic impact and compliance issues related to key business decisions and deals.
- Communicate Oracle Business Practices within the organization and ensure all processes and approvals comply fully with these standards.
- Lead the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve organizational performance.
