Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis by examining data from various perspectives to gain insights.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team to generate reports, dashboards, and relevant trackers.
- Engage in R&D by thoroughly analyzing different data sets to maximize their utility.
- Maintain a daily tracker of gathered information and present it to team leads.
- Serve as the primary resource for the Production team, providing relevant data as needed.
- Achieve daily data-related targets set by the manager.
- Utilize Google Sheets and Excel to track generated data and streamline the data research process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- University graduate with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (e.g., BBA, MBA, B.Com).
Preferred skills:
- Strong data-driven mindset with a passion for analytics.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid academic performance with a keen interest in data analysis.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis tools, programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and data visualization concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle and data research techniques.
