Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and accountability for driving multiple initiatives simultaneously within specified timelines.
- Track progress on action plans and issues related to WM IPB Operations.
- Monitor and ensure minimal deviations in control-related metrics.
- Collaborate with leads in IPB Operations to reduce or eliminate control-related outliers.
- Track and submit daily reports on checklist compliance.
- Conduct weekly meetings with process leads to update on outstanding issues exceeding a certain threshold.
- Coordinate with process leads to ensure all Ops Core Controls are reviewed and updated at defined intervals.
- Develop dashboards and presentations to track and display progress on various Ops Control-related metrics.
- Create impactful presentations for stakeholder meetings, offsite events, and reviews.
- Regularly review the resiliency plan to ensure its effectiveness.
- Partner with business managers and stakeholders for rapid planning and execution of tasks and initiatives.
- Review and take ownership of documentation and agreements with vendors and internal partners.
- Liaise with various internal and external parties to plan and execute events.
- Accumulate knowledge on all relevant policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations.
