Key Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise in talent acquisition to develop and improve processes.
- Ensure staffing is completed effectively within defined timelines and budgets.
- Manage and advise business stakeholders effectively, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.
- Benchmark against best practices, identify gaps, and implement innovative and sustainable processes and technology.
- Drive operational excellence by enhancing critical people processes and identifying opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Reimagine talent acquisition practices within the bank, setting new industry benchmarks.
- Lead both strategic and operational initiatives to align with and achieve business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The ideal qualification for success in this role is an MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or a relevant field (preferable) from a recognized institute.
- Extensive experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to initiate and manage various communication channels for recruitment.
- Experience in driving both strategic and operational initiatives to align with business goals.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, database management, and skills in financial and statistical analysis.
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for both self and the team in a dynamic, priority-driven environment.
- Capability to prioritize and make decisions effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to team objectives.
- Competence in managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
