Key Responsibilities:
- Lead candidate outreach and source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments and interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with management and team members to provide status updates on tasks.
- Handle any other delegated responsibilities and serve as a backup for HR generalist/admin duties.
