Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS).
- Establish project-specific processes in alignment with client requirements and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Facilitate weekly meetings and publish corresponding reports.Conduct and report on internal audits on a monthly basis.
- Collect project metrics and perform sanity checks.
- Participate in internal team meetings and project review sessions.
- Take accountability for assigned responsibilities.
Required Technical Competencies:
General Skills:
- Graduation or specialization in Quality Management or Statistics is mandatory.
- Knowledge of software engineering concepts and familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, or Java.
- Understanding of data analysis and statistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills, a positive attitude, and a quick learning ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Standards and Models:
- Basic understanding and awareness of Process Excellence standards and models like ISO and CMMI.
- Familiarity with commonly used standards and models, with limited practical experience in their application.
Measurements and Improvement:
- Basic knowledge of measurement and improvement concepts.
- Awareness of the importance of measuring performance and using data to drive improvements.
