Key Responsibilities:
Business/Customer:
- Engage in minimal customer interaction, under supervision.
- Develop an understanding of domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (e.g., SOP, QC checklists).
- For PV/Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into the Clinical/Safety database, ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times.
Coding:
- Execute coding activities on assigned projects within specified timelines and efficiency standards.
- Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.
- Manage queries related to coding.
- Create and prioritize “New Term Requests.”
- Conduct dictionary upversioning as required.
Clinical Data Management (CDM):
- Participate in study conduct activities with limited scope.
- Perform data review and query management with guidance.
- Engage in limited email communication with clients.
- Require peer quality control (QC) by supervisors or designated seniors for all activities.
- Have no involvement in setup and migration activities.
- Play a limited role in data padlocking during database lock timelines.
Project/Process:
- Handle first-level processing of assigned transactions; refer complex issues to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Adhere to quality standards, and meet targets and volumes within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Comply with mandatory industry regulations and process requirements.
Knowledge Management:
- Understand various document templates and standards (e.g., SOPs) to accurately interpret documents and related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
- Comply with organizational hygiene and adherence requirements, including timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate, Post Graduate, or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or be a Registered Nurse.
Must Have Skills:
- Possess expertise in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PV Case Processing.
