Key Responsibilities:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Amazon Polly, IAM, QuickSight, AWS CloudWatch, Amazon Transcribe, AWS Step Functions, Amazon S3, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon DynamoDB, RDS, Node.js/Python.
- Experience in contact center development.
- Expertise in designing and implementing data models to identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborative skills to work with data engineers in optimizing and maintaining data pipelines.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with conversation analytics.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with data exploration tools such as Tableau.
