Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, create, and execute test cases for Loan IQ maintenance and new features.
- Collaborate as a member of an Agile team.
- Execute regression test cases.
- Provide technical and functional support to the team.
- Responsible for providing regression sign-off in patch and enhancement releases.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in software testing.
- Extensive knowledge of the banking and finance domain.
- Strong understanding of lending processes.
- Familiarity with Loan IQ is preferred.
- Experience in team leadership activities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong team leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automation is preferred.
Preferred skills:
- Expanded technical knowledge in one’s job discipline and an understanding of product, applications, and business requirements supported.
- Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents (e.g., creating test plans).
- Capability to use prescribed guidelines or alternatives in analyzing situations.
- Understanding of key business drivers and the ability to use this understanding to accomplish work effectively.
- Proficiency in solving problems in straightforward situations where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors; exercises judgment within defined methods and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Ability to gather information and requirements to solve problems.
- Skill in explaining complex information to others and translating business requirements into actionable plans.
