Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain sample and census databases, store databases, ACVs, various production input files, and create projections for European countries.
- Create weekly projections.
- Create back week projections.
- Evaluate and create new geographies as per client requirements, measure performance, and report findings.
- Responsible for ad-hoc data investigations, data integrity analysis, and supporting client queries.
- Monitor and maintain samples for different geographies.
- Provide extended support when needed to complete specific deliverables as per the SLA.
- Gain a deep understanding of various production activities and utilize this knowledge for issue resolution and executing ad-hoc activities.
- Work independently on end-to-end processes with minimal to no support.
- Support Associates and Senior Associates as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver quality outputs on time.
- Identify improvement ideas and collaborate with the team and clients to execute them.
- Manage process and non-process projects within the team/group.
