Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to clean up and enrich existing customer profiles in the CRM, including industry, segment, product, use-case, and Customer Success tier/owner information.
- Build customer segmentation in the CRM to support sales, success, and marketing programs.
- Generate insights on the existing customer base regarding scale, product depth, usage patterns, and more.
- Collaborate with RevenueOps and Sales to implement Customer Expansion programs aimed at increasing product adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduates in any STEM, economics, or business degree, graduating in 2024 or 2025.
Preferred skills:
- Willingness to take up projects from the ground up, such as gathering data in a structured format and cleansing it before generating insights.
- Proficient in both primary and secondary data research.
- Ability to understand and solve problems from first principles.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information effectively through documents, notes, and presentations (Google Slides preferred).
