Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the background verification process.
- Collect, review, and update documents in the correct format using various tools.
- Initiate the background verification process.
- Communicate with the background verification vendor for report issuance.
- Analyze the background verification report and take necessary actions for case closure.
- Communicate findings from the background verification report with stakeholders.
- Communicate with candidates for document submission.
- Maintain data for routine MIS reports and handle ad-hoc report requests as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate or postgraduate from a reputed institute.
- 0-2 years of experience.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in document management and the background verification process.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure situations.
- Experience in MIS management.
- Experience managing high volumes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Based in Delhi/NCR.
