Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize intermediate and advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Power Pivots, and Pivot tables, for data management, analysis, and projection.
- Conduct audits of cases/tickets and categorize summaries.
- Drive efficiency by reducing case backlog and increasing milestone SLOs (first response, meaningful updates, valid client contact, case/ticket resolutions).
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, Fishbone Analysis, Control Charts, Flow Charts, 5 Whys, etc.) to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and persuasive skills.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide RCAs.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to achieve quality assurance standards.
- Conduct detailed statistical analyses to identify trends, issues, and areas for process quality improvement.
- Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports with findings and actionable improvement recommendations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting product and process enhancements.
- Manage client relationships, project management, and quality assurance.
- Be flexible to work in EST hours (8 AM to 8 PM EST) and on weekends, if project demands.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a graduate.
- Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to work night shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in intermediate and advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, Power Pivots, and Pivot tables, for data management, analysis, and projection.
