Key Responsibilities:
- The Customer Assurance team, part of the LSEG Sales Enablement function, plays a crucial role in responding to information security-related client requests for LSEG products, partnering with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and providing a quality service.
- We seek a motivated individual to support us by providing comprehensive responses to clients while maintaining confidentiality in line with our Data Classification and Data Handling Standards.
- The ideal candidate will have the right demeanor, skillset, and experience to thrive in the fast-paced and dynamic world of Information Security and Risk, managing requests for information efficiently and accurately. Attention to detail and a mindset of getting it right the first time are essential for this role.
- This is a Digital First role, primarily working remotely but based in Technopolis Bangalore, with an expectation of attending the office once per week.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Previous experience in a role requiring attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage tasks from start to finish efficiently in a task-based environment.
- Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills.
- Experience in managing client communications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote office setting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Mindset of achieving accuracy on the first attempt.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with MS Teams and video conferencing.
- Basic understanding of Information Security and Data Protection principles.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience in asset management.
- Experience in audit and/or compliance.
- Basic Information Security qualification (e.g., BCS Foundation in Information Security) or working towards it.
