Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analytics focused on Performance Marketing channels, Digital Acquisition, membership experiences, and Platforms & Labs.
- Define and build key KPIs to monitor the health and success of channels, products, and platforms.
- Support the development of new products and capabilities.
- Deliver campaign readouts, uncovering insights and learnings for channel optimization.
- Gain a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and associated platforms, ensuring analytical insights are relevant and actionable.
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining digital activity data along with AXP closed-loop data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ·Bachelor’s/ Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering with relevant experience
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Strong programming skills preferred, with some experience in Big Data programming languages (Hive, Spark), Python, and SQL.
- Experience in large data processing and handling; understanding of data science is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
Preferred skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve unstructured and complex business problems and communicate key findings to senior leaders and partners succinctly.
- Basic knowledge of statistical techniques for experimentation and hypothesis testing, including regression, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
