Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the India Technical Support Manager as a Junior On-Site Technical Support Analyst, based in the Bengaluru office during regular work hours (Monday-Friday).
  • Support Atlassians by maintaining meeting rooms, providing event support, and offering technical support for the technologies Atlassian uses daily.
  • The regional Technical Support Team is part of a global team that supports all Atlassians, from executive level to regular employees, regardless of their work location.
  • Collaborate with other teams in Workplace Technology, such as the Service Desk, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
  • Act as champions for the end-user, interacting with almost everything Workplace Technology does, and more.
  • Work with integral Atlassian teams, including Product, Server, Cloud and Mobile Engineering, Customer Support, and Executives, ensuring new challenges are always present.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A passion for helping people and a strong desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in AV troubleshooting (VC and collaboration technologies such as Zoom Rooms and digital signage).
  • Experience in providing tech preparation and support for onsite events.
  • Strong skills in supporting and troubleshooting macOS both in-person and remotely.
  • Proficiency in supporting collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, GSuite, etc.).

Preferred skills: 

  • Supporting Windows 10/11.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions.
  • Some familiarity with SAML integrations.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team.
