Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain records of daily tasks by updating trackers or workflow tools as necessary.
- Follow SOPs, guidelines, or manager’s instructions to ensure quality-compliant output.
- Contribute to project improvement and operational excellence initiatives, as applicable.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks according to SOPs and defined SLAs.
- Proactively raise issues or alarms that may impact core deliverables or operations to the manager or stakeholders.
- Analyze data, evaluate trends and patterns, and recommend generic patterns to be translated into rules.
- Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to adult content, religious and philosophically sensitive issues, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and conduct root cause analysis if required.
- Demonstrate familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred skills:
- Possess advanced knowledge of Excel.
