Key Responsibilities for Analyst – Data Analytics:
- Develop, review, and execute strategic actionable insights and analytical solutions to drive profitable marketing or servicing actions.
- Solve complex business problems through the ideation, development, and ownership of next-generation tech solutions, algorithms, and platforms.
- Analyze data to derive business insights and create innovative marketing solutions.
- Innovate and enhance existing solutions using big data and advanced analytics.
- Build products to scale critical initiatives and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst – Data Analytics
- Leverage complex data sources to extract meaningful data and conduct strategic analyses to inform business decisions and provide actionable recommendations to drive premium product strategy.
- Communicate analytics-based insights to partners within and beyond the USCS organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering with relevant experience.
Preferred skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to learn quickly and navigate through unstructured initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with partners located globally.
- Good programming skills are essential.
- Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Java, Hive, Pig, Python, and VBA is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
