Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers end-to-end with queries related to billing, packages, and technical support.
  • Personalize conversations to manage productivity, display strong communication skills, and create sales opportunities.

  • Provide assistance and support before, during, and after customer purchases or product usage to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
