Key Responsibilities for Associate:
- Convert requisitions to purchase orders (manual process)
- Process invoices, including 2-way and 3-way matching
- Set up new vendors and modify existing vendor information
- Schedule and monitor payments
- Close accounts payable and schedule related activities
- Provide helpdesk support
- Conduct travel and expense audits
- Manage and resolve queries efficiently as defined by the process
- Escalate issues to the supervisor when they cannot be handled due to materiality
- Prepare process-related reports
- Prioritize tasks such as handling escalated queries
- Resolve queries involving inter-team dependencies, such as invoice status and payments
