Key Responsibilities:
- Send standing instruction requests to clients on the first of each month as a priority.
- Accurately complete and send high-volume seasonal balance confirmation statements to clients’ auditors.
- Perform maker and checker roles for client onboarding into various source systems, including common data changes and maintenance requests for all accounts.
- Act as maker for Dodd-Frank client maintenance, such as updating client profiles and email addresses for daily market value reporting.
- Oversee post-boarding syndicated loans quality control process on Key Data Elements (KDEs).
- Ensure the accuracy of KDEs from source documents to the designated system of records, requiring strong knowledge of credit agreements to identify and analyze any system errors.
- Communicate with departments such as the Loan Administrative Department (LAD), Commercial Loan Operations (CLO), relationship managers, and front office via email to resolve discrepancies between source documents and internal system inputs.
- Monitor emails regularly to ensure timely completion of remediation.
- Clearly define problem statements and collaborate with SMEs to find potential solutions, and monitor loans according to SLA dates.
- Coordinate effectively with team members to complete tasks, as the process requires both maker and checker actions.
- Follow instructions and perform day-to-day responsibilities according to SOPs, raising questions for any variances.
