Key Responsibilities:
- Work in SAP as an HR functional or technical expert throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Articulate business problems, develop recommendations, influence stakeholders to adopt approaches, and deliver results.
- Manage stakeholders by working with diverse individuals, adapting communication styles to meet client needs, and standing your ground when necessary.
- Obtain product expertise to guide HR teams on designing the best employee experiences.
- Use product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals and enhance employee experiences.
- Collaborate within a multifaceted global team, utilize remote collaboration tools, seek assistance when needed, and identify opportunities to support others.
- Deliver defined scopes of work, identify risks and issues, plan workloads, and schedule tasks effectively.
- Adapt to change in a fast-moving industry, continuously refining methodologies to find smarter ways of delivering outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/B.Tech or MBA graduate with a minimum of 70% aggregate from a premium college.
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge in either programming or the HR lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills.
