Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that supports lateral recruitment for Accenture’s Operations entity.
- Build strategies to fulfill recruitment demands and exercise thought leadership to improve overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services.
- Accountable for talent delivery across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams.
- Design, develop, and implement HR Delivery Strategy to support the end-to-end employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
- Coach and advise account/engagement leads and employees as needed, coordinating and delivering HR activities.
- Manage HR Operations Processes such as recruitment, WFA, benefits, exit procedures, payroll, and LOA.
- Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement and maintain standards of service related to quality, effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.
- Solve routine problems by referring to precedents and general guidelines.
- Interact primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.
- Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.Make decisions impacting your own work.
- Operate as an individual contributor within a predetermined and focused scope of work.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required.
