Detailed Responsibilities:
- Technical / Domain Knowledge, System Development and Quality Assurance, Ongoing Task Management: 80%
- Communication: Actively participate in huddles/meetings, communicate effectively through Maestro/Mail, Lync, and client team touch base – 10%
- Operations/Other Services/Shared Services Support: 5%
- Continuous Improvement and Other Client/Organization Initiatives: 5%
Role Complexity:
- Client Knowledge and Delivery:
- Review client requirements documents and preliminary test plans, adhering to due dates and supporting client delivery priorities.
- Ask clarifying questions about requirements and effectively use handoff time.
- Utilize relevant problem-solving resources as needed.
- Escalate issues when appropriate.
- Use client requirements documentation to assist with analysis and/or test planning.
- Identify necessary test cases.
- Complete test plans with required test cases.
- Configure systems to meet analysis specifications and document relevant configurations.
- Fix issues identified during test execution.
- Ability to perform stress testing on the system.

- Apply basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries).
- Experience with systems implementations.
- Write intermediate SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot intermediate system defects and errors.
- Effectively manage tasks, prioritize, and proactively update status to managers.
- Tie test plans to real-time customer impact and think beyond provided test plans.
- Strong ability to identify system vulnerabilities through testing.
- Good understanding of data analysis.
- Analyze and debug issues, utilizing relevant problem-solving resources and escalating when appropriate.

- Entry-level SCSs typically recruited externally through campus recruiting.
- Experienced SCSs typically recruited externally from other technology-related companies with systems implementations and testing experience.
Other:
- Flexible work hours may be required to work with global and off-shore resources.
- Mobility between India locations may be required for team alignment/meetings.
