Key Responsibilities:
Business/Customer:
- Engage in minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).
- For PV/Complaints Management, perform data entry of information received from source documents into the respective Clinical/Safety database. Ensure meeting turnaround times and maintaining accuracy during this activity.
Coding:
- Perform coding activities on the assigned project within the given timelines and with efficiency.
- Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.
- Manage queries effectively.
- Create and prioritize “New Term Requests.”
- Perform dictionary upversioning activities as required.
CDM (Clinical Data Management):
- Engage in limited study conduct activities.
- Perform data review and query management with assistance.
- Participate in limited email conversations with clients.
- Ensure all activities undergo peer quality control by a supervisor or senior team member.
- No involvement in setup and migration activities.
- Limited involvement in data padlocking activities during database locks.
Project/Process:
- Handle the first level processing of assigned transactions; refer complex problems (procedures/processes) to the supervisor or line manager.
- Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets/volumes within the given turnaround time (TAT).
- Comply with mandatory industry regulations and requirements for the given process.
Knowledge Management:
- Understand various document templates and standards (such as SOPs) to interpret documents and related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
- Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance requirements regarding timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate, Post Graduate, or Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or be a Registered Nurse.
Must Have Skills:
- Possess expertise in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PV Case Processing.
