Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and metrics to assess Airbnb’s customer service levels and proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Communicate effectively across the broader Airbnb team and with our outsource partners.
- Support site-level resources with real-time management and ensure schedule adherence.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep senior leadership informed about status and performance updates.
- Communicate schedules and business needs clearly and empathetically, fostering trust and transparency.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a team.
- Handle pressure effectively, work efficiently in fast-paced situations, manage stress, and adapt to rapid changes in information, processes, direction, or workflow.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have over 3 years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience in a complex contact center environment.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to see the big picture and streamline current processes while planning for long-term growth.
- Effective communicator and relationship builder.
- Willingness to travel to other offices nationally and internationally as needed.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Genesys WFM or similar applications (e.g., Blue Pumpkin/Verint, IEX, Aspect/eWFM).
- Ability to learn and manage multiple technical systems.
- Solid knowledge of Excel.
