Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for multiple international subsidiaries, ensuring all invoices are correctly billed, coded, and accurately calculated.
- Prepare invoice billing runs for review and processing.
- Review all invoices for appropriate PO documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Process employee expense reports.
- Monitor AP email aliases through Zendesk.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve any queries.
- Adhere to transactional processing policies and comply with financial regulations and VAT requirements.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and correct them.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess an analytical and creative mindset.
- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Able to follow standard filing procedures.
- Proficient in Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets.
- Capable of keeping client matters strictly confidential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for professional interactions with employees and vendors.
- Relevant Accounts Payable experience.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with Concur or other T&E systems.
