Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and the business environment, translating them into business requirements and associated outcomes in terms of benefits to be realized.
  • Bring design thinking to the analysis and design processes, focusing on business services consumers require, the outcomes the business wants to achieve, and transforming existing “as is” inefficiencies and risks.
  • Capture, analyze, and document business processes associated with accounts and settlement instruction processing “as is” and define “to be” processes aligned with the strategic objectives.
  • Perform in-depth impact assessments of proposed changes on processes, data, and systems, and document these assessments in a clear and unambiguous manner.
  • Manage the associated data modeling (logical and physical) activities related to those processes.
  • Define the functional and non-functional requirements that the IT systems need to meet to fulfill the documented requirements.
  • Adhere to the Group’s standard tools and methodologies, including the GBM Transformation Lifecycle and Project Management Framework.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess a background in Investment Banking and Markets, with prior Middle Office experience in either a BAU or change capacity.
  • Experience working across asset classes, with a solid understanding of financial products and the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
  • Have strong operational and technical knowledge of the reference data requirements for a global markets and securities services business.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of various Middle Office functions and business control processes.
